Libre Freestyle 2 plus - Missing filament

Has anyone ever had this?? Went to activate it and it took me round in a loop with no data.

I've rung and am being sent a replacement, but they didn't seem to believe that the filament was completely missing!!!

Yes it’s happened to me the filament and te needle tat inserts it are a one piece unit which sometimes become detached when the unts are joined together before you attach them to you skin
