I noticed on the Libre's computer software that it predicts your HbA1c. Has anyone had an HbA1c since they've had the Libre and was it consistent with what the software predicted?

I usually find it's much lower. Libre is predicting 4.9% - my last HbA1c was 5.5%.

The MySugr app is a better predictor saying I am 5.4%

Not as yet, but will be interesting to compare the two.

It's pretty good with its predictions. You have always have to bear in mind the difference from blood glucose readings and consider that that can skew it a little, but I've been impressed over the last 15 months. Mine's usually been within 0.2%.

The last one predicted 6.0% and I ended up at 5.9%, but I knew I'd had sensors that read high.

I was hoping to find out in the next week or so but my appointment at the hospital has been put back 3 months so I'll have to wait until then. My current sensor is reading a little higher than my normal strips but its usually the other way round. Hopefully it'll even itself out when I do get my results.

All very interesting! Within expected error margins, it sounds like it might be decent enough

My Libre estimate is always wildly low - says 5.2 when I get 5.9. DiaConnect, oddly, gets it right. But I'm a high glycator - my mean BG is always much lower than my A1c would suggest (and vice versa too).
