Hi,
I have had so many issues since I started using the Libre Link sensors. I thought that I could have a bath with the sensor on, but it came off the first time I had one. Having spoken to Libre they informed me that it is common for the sensor to fall of if you have a bath. Also had the message informing me that I had to try again in ten minutes to get a Glucose reading. This rectified itself with one sensor, but another one subsequently informed me that I needed to replace the sensor after getting this message for over two hours. There also appears to be issues with using the app on my Samsung mobile. I have had to clear the cache a few times when I couldn't get a reading. Once it rectified the problem. The other time I had to replace the sensor. Libre customer support have offered several troubleshooting options but it is clear that there are problems with this blood monitoring system.
I would like to make it clear that I have applied my sensors correctly on every occasion and changed the site each time. I cannot believe that I am the only person finding this frustrating. The longest a sensor has worked so far is 6 days. I have used four sensors in less than a month. When it works it is great, but I have to have my test strips on hand in case it conks out which rather defeats the reason for having it.
Any constructive feedback would be most welcome. Many thanks. Darren
