Libre sensor loss

Have only just installed the latest app on my I phone to convert it to a cgm and thought it was fantastic but I do keep getting a sensor loss note every now and then and was just wondering what sort of distance the phone has to be in to receive a signal from the sensor ?

I just activated a new sensor this morning in the new updated app. It was working very well with the old sensor. Now I keep getting signal loss too, even when my iPhone is on the sofa next to me. The range is supposed to be 10 meters I think.

I just got another signal loss note and the phone is about three feat away . the sensor is 11 days old and works fine if I flash it with the phone or reader .

Sorry ! it doesn't say signal loss but says sensor error , it's just come back with a 7.5 so it does work most of the time .

Now it's not even giving a reading if I scan , I would guess it works 70% of the time !
