How do you dispose of your used sensors. Bin or sharps? Cheers

Can anybody tell me difference tween Libre2+ and Libre3 ,thanks
Pharmacists in my area seem to be having issues obtaining Libre2+

As I understand it, Libre 3 is only issued to type 1 diabetics. That said, Abbott sent my a Libre 3 by mistake and for the fortnight I used it I never had a single issue with it. When I went back to my Libre 2 I returned to all the No Alarm issues I had reported to Abbott. In fact my phone did an update a couple of hours ago, and Libre 2+ is acting up again.

Sensor should have the filament removed and recycled with batteries as it contains a button battery!!

Oops I never realised this! I have just checked Libre website who advise the applicator has a needle so can be disposed of as sharp but the sensor is as you've said... battery!
