Hi guys

Just started with Libre 2 and wanted to know if anyone has experience of the estimated A1C figure compared to their actual test results.

In my experience the Libre "estimated' HBA1c is inaccurate.
On a couple of occasions it has report 10 less than my blood test.

I consider it a useful thing to track but do not consider it to be the same as the true blood HBA1C.
 
I don't think you can go by other peoples experience as some people find it accurate and others don't and some find the estimate higher and some lower.

In my case the first four real HbA1c results were all 6 or 7 mmol/mol higher than the estimate and I was getting into the habit of adding 7 to the Libre2 estimate to get my own estimate. (Strangely the last real result was only 3 higher than the Libre2 estimate.)
