LibreLink - App Background Refresh

Hi all,

I've been using Libra 2 and the LibraLink App on iPhones for a while now, however I've always had this issue where if the App is closed, it loses signal. If I leave the App open in the background, its absolutely fine.

I guess I just wanted to check what others experiences are and to see if it's just me. So, if you fully close the App, do you lose connection or not?

I've check the iOS setting for Background App Refresh, but I dont have the option to enable this for the Libra App.

It was the same when using the Shugah app too.

It’s down to Apple iOS. You have to keep app open for alarms and now bg readings to be collected.
