Just been into our local Lidl in Evesham which is having a refit including a new look babery section -and they were selling Low GI Rolls at 29p

Thanks for posting this, useful for folk who use GI counts as the basis for their diet. However these are not suitable for low carbers, unlike the dearly departed Lidl HP rolls. Here’s what My Fitness Pal says:
