Type 1 Life Insurance Policy policy & if yes!!

I'm just wondering if any Type 1 Diabetics have a Life Insurance Policy & if so, which company is it with please?

the only life insurance policies I have ever had were through an employer
that paid out to surviving spouse -- thankfully never required
