Hi everyone.
Im trying to get life insurance as im buying a house with my boyfriend but due to my type1 diabetes have been turned down by a few companies. Does anyone know of a good insurance company for people with diabetes?? Thanks in advance. X

Hi.

We used LifeSearrch. They are a broker. so find the best deal for you out of a panel of companies. It was a while ago we used them, but their website says they have won awards for 9 out of the last 10 years.

I am surprised you were turned down. Mostly they ask T1s to go for a medical, and depending on the results decide whether to charge you a little more for the cover.
