I been taking Tirzepatide 5mg/0.6ml solution for injection via a 4 dose pen to help with my diabetes & the last 4 pens i have had seized / locked up on the last dose, to where i have had to break the pen by removing the plunger & pushing the final dose/injection in with a screwdriver.
Anyone else using these pens with the same problem.?? Been in touch with Lilly & all they want to do is not admit anything & send BS apologies letters to cover them selves.

Hi @CM1 and welcome to the forum. I have to say I wouldn’t meddle with the pen mechanism, how can you be sure it is giving you the correct dose? I was on Victoza injections last year and the pens were overfilled, I guess to allow for air shots when you start the pen. Have you tried speaking to your pharmacy, I wonder if they have a means to replace faulty pens?

Hi, the ones i have had that worked left nothing in the pen, so wasn't worried on over dosing being the last one.
