    Once the approval has been given by the EMA, the MHRA has already stated that they'll continue to operate a model where EMA approvals will be grandfathered in.

    Otherwise ALL drugs, devices, etc would have to cease to be used as unapproved, which might cause one or two issues.

    Any ideal how much more it will cost the NHS then other inslins?

    I'm hopeful they'll follow the Novo model and price it the same as Humalog.

    I really hope this doesn't turn out to be like Fiasp. It was amazing to start with then lost it's rapid onset and increased my I:C ratio by 50%.

    I'm optimistic though, Ultra rapid insulin is probably the thing that would make the most difference to me at this point.
