does anyone have a link to an article online or a few
that discusses that we NEED GLUCOSE NOT CARBS?
that glucose is not necessarily the same as carbs
because our bodies can make glucose from fat and protein?
i'd like to send it to a family member
and i read a few that actually said this and explained it
but now i cant find them.
