Linseed Loaf

Found a recipe on for a linseed (aka flaxseed) loaf. It's more if a savoury cake, but it's delicious and makes a great cheese sandwich. It's going to be a staple in my house, but I'll need to find somewhere cheaper than Holland and Barrett to get milled linseed.

Look online for cheaper, maybe justingredients or real food.

Try less eggs, and proper yeast in a bread maker.
Less like a cake.

I'm going to try that one using Douglas's suggestion of less egg.

Unless I'm mistaken there's no gluten in linseeds so the yeast will have no effect.

Just requires more care.

But it works in my bread maker, on a fast bake, so no knocking back, so not too hard really.


(knock out a lot of the butter as well)
