Liquorice and Mint Tea .....

I had my first taste if this today and thought it was awesome, but ..... As always the first thought afterwards was 'how does it affect my diabetes' ?

I have looked online and there are a few things regarding this but nothing very comprehensive. It tastes great but I don't know if it helps or hinders my blood sugars ? Does anyone have any advice regarding this please.

Positive I've read on the forum before that liquorice can interact with some meds (best to Google search as it might be dependant on the quantity consumed).

What was your bg readings like afterwards? I'd be surprised if it did effect bg levels as I've drank mint tea before and not noticed it having any effect, however it didn't contain liquorice......
