I have been craving sugar for last few days pmt tried 95pc chocolate which I can tolerate so this morning went to H and b n got some sugar free mints I had a couple not thinking about it when I got home a couple of hours later my blood sugars 14 I drank water and went to hair dressers and tested round a hour later9.6 when I arrived home a couple of hours later feeling sick blood sugars 4 last time I try that my craving for sugar has well and truly diminished.

If you don't like the 95% cocoa chocolate then I can recommend a nice 70% dark chocolate that contains caramel, it's sold in Lidl and the brand name is JD Gross, it's quite sweet tasting and very morish so go easy
