Liver dumping

Simple! don't go low..............easier said than done I know! if you go low try and treat with fast acting carbs as soon as possible but don't over treat - experience and lots of testing will help you to work out how much carbs works best for you, but if you do go high afterwards and you're pretty certain you didn't over treat it could be your liver saving your life by dumping some stored glucose to treat the low, it will at somepoint re-stock it's glucose store and that high will reduce - potentially causing another hypo. You end up yo-yoing by crashing low again and so it starts all over again.

Basically, sometimes it's not good to correct a high with insulin after a hypo.

Many thanks for your help. Will test more frequently and see how I get on.
