Recent news - "Sanofi-Aventis' Suliqua has been approved in the European Union expanding treatment options for people with type II diabetes." - http://www.pharmatimes.com/news/eu_approval_for_sanofis_diabetes_combo_1184525
It seems that this new combination drug from Sanofi offers less rise in post prandial readings so I thought I would ask my Consultant today. At first when I mentioned the name he didn't seem to switch on and when I explained further the components, he didn't seem to think I would benefit. When I asked why. He said it was because I am slim. Was I being fobbed off? Has anyone asked/been prescribed this new drug by their doctor/consultant yet?
