Hello,

So today, right before I went to a meeting around 10:45, my pump ran out of insulin. I managed to fill the reservoir and then figured I'd finish the rest in the meeting (fill the line, reattach to cannula). When I got to the meeting, however, somehow my pump is saying it requires a password for me to access the menu options! I've phoned both my hospital team and the technical help number provided for the pump and I left voicemails for both, and neither have returned my call.
Has anyone had this before? What can be done? I'm now facing a night of manual injections
TIA!

Do you have the box your pump came in, as that should have the date it was manufactured, which from a quick Googlesearch, seems to be what you need. I don't use this pump, so sorry if that's not right.

I'm not sure, I will have a look when I get home though. I saw a video on YouTube that says something similar, but that was getting it from the menu I can't now access
Thank you for your help! It never came up when I have been Googling that the ship date was on the packaging
