Because am taking steroids for another condition right now, am also injecting a daily long lasting Insulin first thing, as my BGs are orbiting ...
I was started off on 12mls and in the past 3 weeks of taking have been increasing it every few days so am now up to 24mls a day
Am told this is still a small amount and yet my bgs are still rising from lunchtime to early evening to around 13..my FDN says shes happy if they are around 10!!
My DN wants me to call her again on Monday with readings and I will, but am wondering, if anyone else is experiencing similar or been there, done that, and actually should I be increasing the mls more?
I am stressed as had got my bgs to a nice acceptable level before all this!! I don't want damage being done if possible..
O and I am following a LCHF diet...
