Long weekend in Rome - advice on loan pump

Going to Rome in 2 weeks for the rugby and its just dawned on me that I haven't ordered a spare pump. I always do it when I got away for 2 weeks to Greece but I completely forgot about 4 days away. What do other do for short breaks on the continent - do you always take a spare pump with you ? Might have to beg Medtronic on Monday if its best to get one.
 
Ah well - no pump available from Medtronic so take my injections with me and all should be fine.
 
On a short trip I just take my injections. Although I have to always contact nurse to remind me of basal rates!! Medtronic good for holiday pumps when away for couple of weeks. Enjoy!
