Hi everyone. I’m trying to take control of my health, but sometimes it feels overwhelming. I’ve started cutting back on sugar and carbs and walking more, but I’m not sure if I’m doing enough or doing it right.
I’d really appreciate any recommendations on meal planning, foods that help stabilize blood sugar, and simple workouts that actually make a difference. What worked for you? How did you stay consistent?
