Its taken a year and a half to get completely into this and get a regime going and I've settled into it after 6 months and now my sugars are amazing, cholesterol is 2.4, bp good etc. Plus so much energy and I also go hiking/rambling in the countryside. I said goodbye to dieting 2 years ago. No counting of carbs, fat, calories etc just eating natural unprocessed food which fills me up quicker and keeps my sugars stable. A side effect was losing 16lbs and my abs are starting to show through without gym etc. Just wondering if anyone else has had success too? I'm veggie![]()
