Awww choc, here's a great big hug for you. One thing I want to say is, you're not being selfish at all - looking after your health is the most unselfish thing you can do if everyone else is relying on you. I've had a bit of a bad week as well - yesterday would have been my dad's birthday (he died 4 months ago) and the day before was my brother's birthday so we went out for a meal, when I well and truly fell off the wagon 
I know it was only a one-off but I still felt guilty afterwards. But then my mum gave me a hug and said she was proud of me for organising it all, which was a massive boost. Make sure you have some me-time and enjoy the fact you've got such an understanding husband. Best wishes,
