Hi, how do I stop losing weight? I've been cutting down on carbs for six weeks to try and get my blood sugar levels down. Until 2 months ago I thought my diet was relatively healthy, had no idea how much carbohydrate I was eating every day. But I'm not at all overweight and worried that I'm getting too thin! I think I should probably eat more protein. Any suggestions what? I don't particularly want to eat meat.
