Lots of lows

I worked for 30 years in a very activee job and like yourself my workload could change rapidly. I could start jobs with bloods of 12-14 and within an hour be hypo 2-3 . However hard I tried an even pattern was never achieved. Totally impossible to start any active work , with bloods in single figures. Constant testing was always my only option. We're all different and tight control is impossible to achieve for some people. I get no hypo warnings till below 4 and using chainsaws and the like with bloods of 3 is not healthy.it's only since retirement at 60 that my bloods have been reasonable. Even now with hba ,'s at 7.9 at my last clinic visit , I was told that recent studies proved having slightly higher levels were less likely to cause severe complications than regular lows. We're all different. Keep on testing, and don't let the ****** beat you.

Well so far end of day one lower blood and no lows but still could drop a little more big difference on one day, thanks

If changing your basal doesn't solve the problem completely, also look at changing your carb ratios on work days and workout days, to use less bolus insulin on those days.
