There does seem to have been a few questions on cholesterol levels today so I have posted this presentation to help newer members to understand a little more about the whole spiky issue of what we may have been led to beleive about cholesterol, its roles, dietary cholesterol and lipids in general. Oh, and there is mention of sat fats, just so you know
