Hi i hope someone has some advice in regards to this. My blood sugars stay quite high during the majority of the day and then all of a sudden come down and go low...at the same time i start to feel cold to touch.
Is this normal? Is there anything i could be doing different?
Any advice or suggestions would be really helpful
Thankyou

Hello @aaliyah1995 and welcome to the forum.

Going hypo can cause some strange symptoms, haven't heard of feeling cold though, ideally avoiding your daily hypo is the best solution though, do you have the support of a diabetic nurse or can you adjust your insulin yourself ?

Thankyou for replying

I usually adjust my isulin myself...would that be the best thing to do then

Hello
I feel cold as well when I am low. We are all so different but to understand low you need to do a bit of preparation.
Here is a video about how to treat lows, maybe this will help you.
Good luck!
