Low Blood Sugar without problems - anyone?

pumppimp, I didn't know magnesium helps type 2 diabetics. I ran out of it months ago. Need to buy more. My husband got me started on magnesium last year. Taken at bedtime, it improved the quality of my sleep. He takes it in much larger doses to manage his atrial fibrillation. Now I can take it for both sleep and, hopefully, better management of my blood glucose levels. The article's information on types of magnesium and recommended dosages is also helpful.

humaject, I read through half of this topic before I realized it's almost 2 years old, but your post does add to the topic. If anyone has a relationship with Richard Bernstein, M.D., I'd be most interested in hearing what he thinks of diamondnostril's experiences.

There is too much obfuscation here - STOP CLOUDING THE WATER 2.0 is very dangerous and the circumstances you describe warrant specialist attention IMMEDIATELY
