I am following a low carb/ww diet and am exercising daily by walking and am feeling really well, however some mornings between 02.00 - 05.00 my blood sugar goes down to about 3.5 ( average ). Do I need to cut my long term insulin which I have just before bed or my dinner short term insulin which I vary the amount of depending on home many carbs I eat?
