Type 2 Low bs reading after red wine

I have had 3 glasses of red wine and when goin to bed was 3.7 , I know red wine lowers your blood level but is this to low to be goin to bed with .

Assuming you are not taking any meds, you'll be fine. Your liver will look after you.

If you feel worried about it, have something to eat, but (and I repeat the assumption that you're not on meds) I happily go to bed in the 3s regularly - especially if a small tincture has been taken.

I get (or got past tense as I don't drink) high 3s .... no effect on me at least

Thanks . Yes not on meds just had a slice of livlife .
Last couple of nights I’ve had a glass or 2 of merlot the effect was lowest bs readings ever . Thanks for the response

Please remember that booze will be the priority for the liver so you may see a rise during the night due to the delay in processing any carbs you've had with or after your little sherbet.

Thanks for the replies , wasn’t to vada rise overnight FBG this morning was a nice 4.8 . Gonna cut out the wine tonight and see where I’m at then . Thanks again y’all
