Im enjoying a coors light just now. A 330ml can is 5g carbs. It's normal lager strength and tastes quite ok. Available in tescos. Normally I drink skol but a 440ml can is 12g carbs.
Anyone got any recommendations for low carb beer?
Has anyone noticed if it makes a lot of difference having this instead of regular beer.
I amnt bothered about the alcohol content so much, I just enjoy having a beer but don't want to spike my BG quite so much.
I'm going to go and have a look for some this week just want to see if anyone knows which brand is the best or has the lowest carbs.
Thanks a lot
No.isn;t low carb beer a very sad misnomer?
Does Coors Lite really qualify as beer? The Carbs and Cals book quotes Guiness as 9g carbs per pint - can this be true? I hope so.Marstons Resolution
