Low carb bread

Have you heard back from them @lucas12? I tramped round the three Polish/Eastern European shops here but drew a blank. There's also a Maximart which I haven't tried yet, although I might ask if any of the other three could order some for me. Perhaps six loaves should do it

I just went along the road to the delicatessen, which is actually a Polish shop - not only is it open until 10pm it has the protein bread, and quinoa and other mixes of seeds too - and loads of other foods all of it in Polish wrappers - I can see me having to study up on the language.

Can I ask roughly where in Staffordshire, as I might be able to visit that shop. The shop we used regularly in Stafford has closed down though there will be others.

Thanks. I'll have a look next time I'm there. I used to work in Burton until the end of 2016!
 
I wasn't able to get the protein bread but today my partner drove me from Scarborough to Otley where there is a Waitrose and the stock the livlife low carb super seeded bread! It has 3.7 g of carb per slice. The slices are smaller than usual but I have had the bread toasted and buttered and thought it tasted great! If you are looking for a low carb bread it is well worth a try.
