Being not hugely talented in the kitchen
I was wondering if anyone had a simple recipe to make a low carb breadcrumb coating for chicken/fish etc out of some low carb bread, srsly or similar?
I'm guessing I blitz a slice of bread (fresh or stale??) and use egg to make it stick, but seasoning etc I don't have a clue.
If I could get something that tastes even vaguely like a KFC coating I'd be eternally grateful . . . .
