low carb breakfast

I tried @Rachox ’s porridge last week but used milled flaxseed instead of psyllium as that’s all I had. Seemed to work fine. Will do it again.

Coconut cream available in cartons at Sainsbury’s in the baking aisle.
 
Eggs any way, smoked salmon, sardines, mackerel pate, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms, lo-carb toast, nut butters, cheeses, Greek yoghurt, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries (limited), paleo muesli based on seeds and nuts.
Breakfast is one of my favourite meals of the day!

I tried it with flax seed and really didn’t like it - there again I didn’t like the Lidl protein rolls that others used to rave about either!!!
