Low Carb Breakfasts

So, I work away most of the week, and am normally out of my hotel and on site before they serve breakfast, but to be fair most of the places don't serve breakfast ( Travelodge), so I'm after low carb breakfast ideas I could pick up on my travels..
Any help, great appreciated.

You can pick up hard boiled eggs in most supermarkets, cheese sticks, pork scratchings. You could also get cooked chicken, cold meats etc. Later in the day you can get cooked chicken breasts, etc from most supermarket hot counters. You could always into maccies and ask for the sausage and egg without the muffin.
