Check out Jamie Oliver's truffle recipe but I would use 150g -200g dark choc unless you like it really strong, I made it with 200g Lindt 85% and its strong enough. No sugar but if you like a bit sweeter add xylitol to hot milk about 2 tbsp. You could use like Nutella and you can freeze batches. I made the truffles and they are lovely. Made 40 so will give some away and freeze some
