Low Carb Cocktails?

My friend is having a cocktail making session for her hen night. I've contacted the venue and they are happy to adapt some of their recipes if I can tell them what would be more suitable for low carb options. I know I'm OK with champagne (!) and spirits but any ideas for something more 'party-ish'? Thanks.

I haven't checked the recipes, but IBIH is one of my go-to LC recipe places and I have also used the other one.

Cream-based cocktails? I'm thinking espresso martinis, etc.

I also have a bottle of sugar-free salted caramel syrup which is great for cocktails.

Classic dry martini is very low carb.
Pink gin too, although that might be a bit astringent for a hen night.
Cuba libre with coke zero.
I suppose manhattans should be OK as long as you don't overdo the red vermouth.
