What do you use for cold foods on a sore throat, when eating LC? I've been sick and I want are ice cream and smoothies--have been making yogurt/spinach smoothies with just a little fruit, but seeking other ideas. Thanks!

Try Oppo ice-cream. It's low carbohydrate.

You could make your own Popsicle sticks,
Lemon ginger tea ice cubes
Frozen yogurt with your toppings of choice

Long time since I had a sore throat, but I vaguely remember my cure was out of a bottle that either started with Glen something or other or Laphro something.

Whizz up in a food processor frozen berries, double cream and sweetener. Instant ice cream.

Or spray with a numbing agent like chloraseptic.

Thanks, friends. Send my partner to the store to look for stevia-sweetened ice cream. (I'm allergic to milk so only a few options but I think I found one stocked locally.)

If no luck with that, I'll have to try the whisky!
