I would be vary wary of any meals delivered, because they are usually factory made.
They need sugars to help them does this and unless you know what they are definitely putting in them. I would advise against them!

It is always better, to make your own from scratch!

Hi, I'd second @nosher, but if you really want to try some, have a look at the natural low carb store on the web, I've only tried their nut bars for snacking when travelling, but notice they do meals too. Quite a few ready meals from supermarkets are low carb.
