I think we all have homeostatic mechanisms that keep our BG under control as long as we're not bombarding our bodies with insulin/BG raising foods. I've seen unmedicated Type 2's on the forum who regularly have readings in the 4's and even 3's without issue. Different story if you take medication though.</blockquote>
