Anyone have any experience of low carb diet and pump use ?( Medtronic 780 and guardian 4 ?”)
I need to lose some weight but find I’m stuck with carbs and insulin controlling me !!!
Is it safe to do ? Or is there a better way ?
I’m in an active job and also walk my dog for an hour each day ( longer at weekends )
