Low carb / exercise

Does anyone have any experience on doing a diet of low/no carbs while training at the gym and doing long runs?

I’m struggling to see how this can be done with no carbs but would love to know how if it can.

Prof. Tim Noakes has some great lectures on youtube about this. His speciality was sports science/nutrition.

I currently eat zero carb but don't go to the gym. Others do though. You could try searching for 'gym' in the Facebook group Zeroing in on Health which is a public group for zero carbers.
