Due to my work there are times when I have to grab food on the go from chains in London (where I don’t live). I generally find myself in Pret saying out loud “I can’t eat anything!” and buying a dull egg and spinach pot.
Does anyone know of any great grab and go things in any of the stores like Costa, Itsu, M&S etc that are good options for vegetarians (no fish)?
I’ve always got nuts with me but I’d just love to know some good quick options if someone else has already read all of the packs and done all of the research :) Thanks

I get a Subway salad box. Loads of lettuce with your choice of veggies, cheese and sauce. Failing that the small Tescos usually have a Greek salad, which can be made more substantial by the addition of mini babybel.

Brilliant, thank you :)

I didn’t even know Subway made salad boxes! Travel game changer! Thank you so much.

I am out and about for work today and thought you might like to see my late lunch Subway salad box. The thinks that look like tubs of sauce are in fact poached eggs.
