you are absolutely right. my problem apart from being carb intolerant is that i can actually consume loads of fat particularly in soup. tried this some months back when i was having two small bowls for lunch and dinner of some fantastic beef/marrow/fat soup which i thought was ok. on the last day, i actually measured the amount of visible fat in the soup and i was consuming a whopping 60gms of fat per bowl. (and i was surprised that i wasn't losing weight
). so, i suppose it's all relative.
