Hello, I'm not the hugest fan of cheese either, however you can opt for protein. So meats or fish if you like those. I'm not such a fan of either, I opt for vegan protein such as tofu - firm or silken, tempeh, seitan -
@WuTwo has a fantastic seitan recipe but in general her recipes are fantastic and I think she does low carb but vegan. If you like chick peas, I think they are very good too. I weigh my chick peas and find that 50g of chick peas is very moreish, very good with a salad. I also love alpro yogurt and strawberries in the morning. Sometimes I do a vegan coffee and cream and I'm not hungry until noon-late noon. I think with the hypos, you have to address them first. I know there was a time I put on loads of weight because of hypos. Once I tackled that issue, the weight came off naturally. Thats when I only eat when I'm hungry. My weight has been stable with that kind of regime, hypos need to be treated when it happens. But it's been happening far less now
Best of luck to you!
