That's worth knowing. My OXO granules turn out to be roughly 70gms/100gms. Four teaspoons make 1/2 pt and weighs 24 gms therefore about 17gms per 1/2 pint. Just as well I only use a little bit of gravy. LOL Does it taste OK?
So that's what the South of France tastes like to me it tastes of Pastis.I opened the packet to have a taste and it's delicious. It's a perfect Bisto gravy.
However, I like mine to taste like the South of France so I would add a bit of thyme, lavender, bay leaf, rosemary and a bit of salt and pepper.

I do not know what Paris tastes of, but having read this on BBC website, France is still off of my places to visit.So that's what the South of France tastes like to me it tastes of Pastis.
