just bough this from Morrison’s Supermarket.
Low carb gravy (6.7g /100g carb).
Hi, thank you, worth knowing, haven't thought of checking the values on these but not too damaging
I will be using celeriac instead of potatoes, with steamed brusell sprouts, edamame beans instead of peas; and carrots.

That's worth knowing. My OXO granules turn out to be roughly 70gms/100gms. Four teaspoons make 1/2 pt and weighs 24 gms therefore about 17gms per 1/2 pint. Just as well I only use a little bit of gravy. LOL Does it taste OK?
I opened the packet to have a taste and it's delicious. It's a perfect Bisto gravy.
However, I like mine to taste like the South of France so I would add a bit of thyme, lavender, bay leaf, rosemary and a bit of salt and pepper.
We buy Gravox here, and it is 5.6 g for a serving.
So that's what the South of France tastes like to me it tastes of Pastis.
I do not know what Paris tastes of, but having read this on BBC website, France is still off of my places to visit.
Looks quite convenient. And better than looking at a wall while you go.
