Thanks guys really helpful , so now i can enjoy my coffee with full fat milk , and I have two jars of mayo from Aldi which i will use .
I take it tinned tuna is okay on the diet also ?

Happy days ! , I feel so energetic and pain is going from my body so something is happening and praying the blood sugar is dropping nicely
