It appears that increasing numbers of Swedes avoid the conventional advice to eat a low-fat, high carbohydrate diet, but instead are opting for something altogether lower in carb and higher in fat – the LCHF lifestyle. This have positive effects on diabetes 2. I gave LCHF a try; in six weeks time I lost 2 stones and 3 lb. I’ve maintained my new weight and I enjoy my LCHF lifestyle ever since I started.
